Administration –

£21,000 – £22.500 DOE

I am currently working with a financial services giant that are Nationwide. Due to increased workloads they are looking to increase their Administration team. This would suit someone looking for a start in an office environment and who is keen to learn. Either way if you are looking for somewhere to build a career this is the opportunity for you as my client has a clear career path.

Monday and Friday will be flexi-optional, so you can work from home if you prefer (once initial training is out of the way).

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Building client relationships to ensure you are assisting them and supporting to the highest level
* Ensure you are up to date on legislation’s and regulatory requirements.
* Support opportunities to retain business and ensure customers have all the information required
* Provide alternatives to customers to ensure they have all options before making a decision
* Provide statements and updates

What you need to have:
* A working knowledge and experience within administration
* Excellent MS word, Excel and Outlook skills
* Flexible approach, able to work well under pressure with changing priorities
* High degree of accuracy with ability to check own work outputs
* Confident telephone manner
