Woodruff Sawyer, one of the nation’s largest independent insurance brokerages, has announced the appointment of Todd Dorsey (pictured above) as vice president in its private equity and venture capital group.
In his new role, Dorsey will partner with private equity firms, growth equity firms, alternative asset managers, strategic acquirers, family offices, and their portfolio companies on a spectrum of insurance products frequently utilized in middle-market transactions.
